Floor done, piano moved, now to get the house into a ‘Dad took care of the boys all week’ state instead of a ‘Boys took care of Dad’ state.
Floor 99.99% done. I’ve reached the point where I’d rather be done than good. Tile/linoleum/particle-board can do that to you.
Floor demolition going nicely. We’re running out of steam though. Maybe a dinner break will help.
Perfect evening for some watermelon outside. Or a banana, whichever you prefer.
When it comes to home projects I’ve come to accept that I’m much better at demolition than creation. And I’m ok with that.
Circus hangover this morning. We all slept in till 8 but thanks to herculean effort by the boys we still made it to school on time.
We begin the circus with the Anthem while a scantily clad woman carrying the flag circles the ring RIDING AN ELEPHANT!! U-S-A U-S-A U-S-A
The circus, the circus, we love the circus!
Circus day! Boys tried to convince me to let them skip school so they could line up early to pet the tigers. WWTD? (What Would Tammy Do?)
Changing a diaper while teleconferencing into a meeting. I AM SUPERDAD! Now off to reheat some pizza for dinner.
Jailbroke my iPhone using QuickPwn and it was SUPER EASY. Now what to install first?
Early morning conference call. Difficult concepts are harder to explain over the phone, but you can’t beat having a complete full team.
Can’t. Stop. Playing. Wurdle!
Thinking about getting a pannier for the bike. Turns out a super sweaty back is no fun for anyone.
Lazy Sunday at the parents. Gavin is being a little leech today, but it’s fun having him say ‘Daddy’ a lot.
New video from the coke/mentos guys is freakin’ awesome! Go check it out. Sticky notes can be sweet. http://www.vimeo.com/1700732
Dadurday at Barnes and Noble. We are having a tom of fun with the train set.
Anyone who seriously keeps score in a 6 year old soccer game needs to take two huge steps back and rethink their priorities.
More graceful start today. Read: Didn’t step on the cat or break off the toilet lid. Everything’s coming up Milhouse!
Did you know that if to name your paper airplane it flies a TON better? Well it does.
Bike ride with the boys. 4 miles round trip with slurpees in the middle. They are both holding up really good.
